MHC has announced it now offers text to local landline parts ordering at dealerships in the U.S. The new service provides customers with the ability to text their local parts department from their mobile devices.
“We launched this technology to improve the customer experience by eliminating phone wait times and increase customer uptime,” says MHC Senior Vice President of Parts and Service Operations Mike Bozzoli. “Now our customers have the convenience to text directly to their local parts departments.”
MHC now offers an e-commerce site for customers to manage their parts inventory, making reorders simple, convenient, and accurate, the company says. Available seven days a week, 24 hours a day at most locations, MHC offers on-site delivery for all makes, including Kenworth, Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Mack, International, and Western Star.
They can now order parts in any way they choose, whether it’s a text, phone call, submitting an order online, or visiting a local dealership.
