At Quick Fit Parts (QFP), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, the item you purchased does not meet your expectations, we offer a flexible return policy under the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
- All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
- Products must not be damaged (e.g., dented or scratched), and no protective material should be removed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment or prior to the commencement of the manufacturing process.
- Collect shipments will not be accepted and will be refused.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of QuickFit Parts.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued in the form of the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc.).
How to Request a Warranty Return:
To apply for a warranty return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at www.QuickFitParts.com/my-account.
- Navigate to the Warranty/Return section in your account panel.
- Complete the warranty claim form with the required information and provide details regarding the reason for the return, as well as the product’s condition.
A representative will contact you within 24 hours or by the next business day with further instructions.
Restocking Fees:
At QuickFit Parts, we pride ourselves on being the only company in this industry that does not charge restocking fees. We are confident in the quality of our products and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. As long as the returned item is in the same condition as it was when shipped, there will be no hidden fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately. All claims for damages or defective products must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving your package.
If your shipment is visibly damaged upon arrival, we recommend taking photographs of the damage, as this will help expedite the return process. Please do not attempt to install the part, as doing so may void any return options.
All warranty and damaged items claims should be processed through QuickFit Parts. Please do not contact the manufacturer directly, as they will not assist with returns or replacements.
If a product is damaged or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund once the item has been returned and inspected. Should you require a replacement before the return of the original item, a replacement must be purchased.
Order Cancellations:
Orders without a lead time may be canceled before they are shipped. For items with a lead time of more than 7 business days, cancellations may only be made before the manufacturing process begins. If an order is canceled after production has started, a cancellation fee from the manufacturer may apply.
To avoid the cancellation fee, we recommend allowing the order to be completed and shipped. Once the product is received, you can initiate a return through your account panel. The return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
